Buddha Statue at Maligavila Maligavila Vihara and the Buddha Statue Maligavila and Dembegoda Belong to a single monastic complex which had been identified as the Pathma Vihara Situated in Kanagama Where Prince Aggha Bodhi ( 7th Century A:D )has Made a colossal Buddha statue .I has been identified as the Ariyakara Vihara Mentioned in the Mahavamsa King Dappula ( 7th Century A:D ) Constructed an Image House to the said statue and a Maitreya Bodhisattva Statue at Dambegoda . He also Decorated the Buddha Statue and Made the Offering.
