Ravi studio has very bad customer service. Ravi would pick up the phone
only to take your business and never to give your album on-time. His
staff is very rude. Especially, if you live do not live in Sri Lanka
and plan to collect the album and pictures later on, expect to get many
many delays and horrible customer service.

I hope this is helpful to
someone who is shopping around for a photographer. I do not want to waste
my time if Ravi Studio's service was not so bad. But it was horrible
service and we would never recommend Ravi Studios to anyone!
